1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sledi.digital and enrolling in programs offered by Sledi Digital ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our website and services. These terms apply to visitors in the Republic of Korea and internationally where our online programs are available.

2. Services Description

Sledi Digital provides CRM lifecycle targeting education, including cohort-based courses, self-paced modules, team workshops, and certification preparation. Course descriptions on our site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after we accept your application and you receive written confirmation.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate contact information when registering or contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, videos, and branding on sledi.digital are owned by Sledi Digital or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal business learning during your enrollment period. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without written consent is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to disrupt live sessions, harass instructors or participants, scrape our site, or use our materials to misrepresent affiliation with Sledi Digital. We may suspend access for violations without refund where misconduct is documented.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Sledi Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid enrollment is limited to the fees you paid for that specific program. Training outcomes depend on your implementation; we do not warrant specific business results.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gwangju, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

8. Termination and Modifications

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
