Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility Overview

Paid enrollments for Sledi Digital courses may be eligible for refund under the conditions below. This policy applies to consumers in the Republic of Korea and incorporates rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related regulations.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For online digital content and distance contracts, you may cancel within 14 days of payment without stating a reason, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials or attended live sessions beyond an introductory orientation.

3. Full Refund Conditions

A full refund is issued when: (a) you cancel within 14 days and meet access limits above; (b) we cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment; or (c) a technical failure on our side prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours after your start date.

4. Partial Refund Conditions

If you withdraw after the cooling-off period but before the midpoint of a cohort program, you may receive a 50% credit toward a future course within 12 months, at our discretion. Self-paced courses are generally non-refundable after 20% material access.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certification exam fees, third-party tool licenses purchased through us, completed workshops, and custom team engagements after delivery are non-refundable. Promotional or discounted enrollments may have modified terms stated at purchase.

6. Refund Process

Email [email protected] with your full name, enrollment ID, and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing may add additional time.

7. Cancellations and Exceptions

You may transfer enrollment to a colleague once per cohort with 7 days notice before start. Force majeure events may reschedule programs; if you cannot attend the new dates, a full refund or credit will be offered. Korean consumer agencies (Korea Consumer Agency) remain available for dispute resolution beyond our internal process.
